"I was being seen for ob care at uams. I can honestly say my experience at uams this time around has been the absolute best. I have been a patient for ob care three times and this being my fourth and last pregnancy...well it's just been so memorable. I can say Dr. Page really cares about his patients! If there was any questions or need he didn't hesitate to take care or answer my question. I just wanted to say thank you for the great care you provided. I now have such a beautiful baby and I couldn't be happier! Hands down one of the best doctors at uams!"
"I took my mother to see her Dr. Today I still can't believe how disrespectful Dr. Wynn Was to my 66 year old mother she acted as if she really didn't give a dam about her problems it's was so bad one of the younger Dr. apologized to us SMH I wouldn't recommend this clinic for u or your family"
"First visit seemed great! Now, I'm constantly treated like a child. Most of the time they can't figure out how to send a fax across the street. No one communicates with each other. They have falsified medical records. And it's a miracle if anyone calls you back, let alone answers the phone. Was also told "you don't look autistic" and other comments pertaining to my chronic illnesses vs how I look or my age. The amount of medical gaslighting in this place is unbelievable."
"I have never had so much trouble finding anyone competent inside a medical facility in my life. Even if you feel like you might die, please go ANYWHERE but here. I am currently waiting for the "doctor" to fill out a form required by the ADH for the 4th time because all the other forms were filled out incorrectly or the writing was so poor that it could not be deciphered. I will go to a grocery store clerk next time for all the good it did to go see a "doctor" at UAMS in Fort Smith I would rate this place a negative 10 stars if I could."
"Although the Doctors seemed kind (Actually loved Dr Franklin), however the staff excluding the front are absolutely rude and disrespectful. When asking a question, it's like they are taking it that you are calling them incompetent when it's a mere question. (As humans and individuals, we have a right to ask any question when it concerns our bodies!) Then transferring the info to the Doctor and it has now manifested into now somehow I have upset them. (Head Nurse Debbie (or) Deborah has had an attitude from the beginning, not interested or concerned how you feel or what your concern is, QUOTE: I'm just the messenger! And questions are a inconvenience.) People go to the doctors because they are not feeling well, not to mention they are taking off from work (Loss in wages), paying a co-pay (with Insurance), then having to pay for medication all while paying high premiums each month, and this is how they are treated! I have had nothing but problems with my medication from the very first time and have continued as such; either not getting the correct one or others that were not discussed are on the list, or just changing the meds all together without discussion or consent and to top it off, I had to call 4 different times because they sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy after I specifically stated I was at so and so pharmacy. It is no wonder Arkansas falls into the 3 ranking as worst medical care in the Country! It is a shame. If you can not have a good attitude towards people not feeling well, I do not understand why they have chosen this profession."
