"I have had multiple hip surgeries and physical therapy over the years. For my most recent surgery recovery I was lucky to go to Zac Snow at Trinity Rehab in Springdale, starting 5 days after surgery. Based on my past experiences, I figured he would give me the typical post-hip-surgery exercise list, watch me do them and send me home. Nope! We had a lot of discussion of my current pain level, abilities, goals, etc.. He tested my strength and range of motion and designed a gentle plan for me.
