"There are multiple instances I could write about but I will just say the majority of the staff is extremely rude. I called to schedule an appointment because of a concern I had for my child and the person over the phone laughed about the issue; I had to PUSH to get an appointment. When finally given the appointment the office staff was sitting at the desk talking about us and the issue we were being seen about. As we were walking out, the staff again started laughing when the issue turned out to be nothing. But regardless of what the issue is, there should be a great level of professionalism and there certainly is not at this clinic. We will not be returning."
