"My eye appointment was postponed 10 days so the girls up front went out of their way to make sure I had trial contacts in the meantime."
"It is the same great Dr. Beavers and Dr. Myer's with a great new remodeling. Walmart adding all the optometry, Family Medical Practice, Dental, and X-rays. All your health needs in one spot. AAA+ SET-UP βοΈ"
"My family has gone to this clinic for several years now, as well as a couple times at the Meyer's location. There have been several times where the front staff pretended we weren't there or we're an inconvenience, greatly delayed prescriptions (or mistakes), messed up appt times, & more recently said my son's eyes were good (but another eye dr found a pretty significant script). We switched clinics & are so glad we did! All staff was welcoming, kid- friendly setup, thorough & patient, & was great at explaining his findings. Better yet, my son will have better vision!"
"Unprofessional staff and doctor. I called at 9am to schedule an appointment at 2:15 that day. The girl asked for my vision Insurance info which I have her. When I took off work to drive across town to my appointment they told me they needed my medical insurance card. They then told me they don't accept my medical insurance there I would need to go somewhere else or Pay out of pocket. They havev5 hours from the time I scheduled my appointment until 2:15 to call me and ask for my medical insurance to have determined this which would have allowed me time to find another doctor. But instead waited until I got there at 2:15 on a Friday to be treated for a chemical burn. Two young girls working the front that was very dingy and could care less about the inconvenience they caused me. Very frustrating. I'll never go back there again."
"I was told my prescription would be filled a lot faster at the Walmart they are located in. Yet the pharmacy was not able contact the doctor next door. I would have went to a different pharmacy had I not been persuaded instead of waiting for two hours."
