Great Clips

"Horrible place. I’m sorry but the lady that cut my hair (Mrs. Lao) was horrible. She was so old and weak that she couldn’t even hold the trimmer straight. I wanted to give her some slack/empathy because of her age but both trimming with the machine and hand cuts were so very bad. Can’t explain how bad the experience was. And all the ladies that cut here finish up every client in 10 minutes. So you can imagine how dedicated they were. The worst “Great Clips” ever. Please avoid this place."

"My hair cut was great. But why would you be open on Christmas eve. Who gets there hair cut on Christmas eve. Pretty sure no one. Absolutely selfish will you be the one working that day? I bet not. You probably have a great Christmas day planned with your family. Maybe think about your employee's family's Christmas because they deserve it think about it its only one time a year. Merry Christmas"

"Just paid $30 for some woman to destroy my hair. I asked *if* she could do a simple undercut, she said yes. I showed her a picture and said I wanted a small triangle cut out, no higher than mid-ear. She removed *all* of my hair from mid-ear down. I don't even have enough hair left to hide this terrible cut. She rushed me through the cut, sectioned and chopped the back of my hair without asking or checking if it's what I actually wanted, and had poor communication throughout. This could have been completely avoided if she'd just talked to me during this process and checked in rather than cutting first. I can't imagine ever trusting anyone with my hair again. Next time, don't say you can do a cut if you can't. I would have been happy with a trim."
