"We really appreciate Smile Doctors. We had an unexpected trans-state move mid-treatment and this location was able to follow through with our kids orthodontic care. This is all the more impressive because we got an estimate from a different orthodontist closer to our Minnesota home and they wanted to charge us a substantial amount more. They were professional and friendly, my kids felt comfortable and the staff was very accommodating with both last minute cancellations and add on appointments. We are mostly through our braces journey and everyone’s teeth look good. I am glad we used Smile Doctors."

"I highly recommend not going to Smile Doctors in Apple Valley. There are so many problems I do not have time to list them all out in this review. Office environment is poor. Many of the staff are unfriendly. They do not allow parents to go back with their children to watch any service be performed (other places do). What are they doing to the kids back there? They have high turnover of Doctors. Dr. Snyder left less than a year ago. Then Dr. Moe took over. Dr. Moe was there less than a year now they are bringing in a new Dr. that has very extreme and polarizing political views. They use substandard devices in relation to braces. They do not have evening or weekend emergency coverage so if you have an emergency you are out of luck (competitors do have this). They have no educational program or materials for patients who sign up for braces treatment. It's interesting how such a subpar Orthodontics provider can continue to expand to new locations. Maybe I should get into this business. It wouldn't be difficult to do better than Smile Doctors in Apple Valley. Very disappointed with our experience. Zero stars."
