"First time patient here. My anxiety level going to a dental office is usually off the chart. I had my first appointment and they were AMAZING!! Colleen, my hygienist took her time, walked me through the process and next steps, was kind and considerate (and fun to talk with!). The front desk team was also friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming. Dr Biwer was informative, gentle , friendly and I never felt rushed. "Went here for years. Something always felt off. Their rude reminders, "you better show up!" got to me, and I started having actual anxiety about going to the dentist. I was going through cancer treatment and had to change a few appointments and was spoken to harshly for cancelling at the last minute. (I believe we may have paid the cancelation fee once.) I chocked that up to running a business. About 6 months ago, our hygienist was "liking" my social media posts. It was weird- as we weren't friends on Facebook. That was it for us and we started seeing another dentist who is kind and patient and gentle. We had a myriad of weird experiences with this place. I imagine many people will have a better experience. We appreciate the care over the years, but still feel incredibly violated. I wish them well!"
