"Got a tooth extraction from this dentist since I was having unimaginable dental pain due to an infection. I put on my health history that I had huge dental phobia and all i got asked was if I "self medicated" before I came to appt (I had to drive myself there and back) then when they started to extract I was not numb enough and let them know several times that I was feeling sharp pain from where they were extracting. I got yelled at several times for being too anxious and that it was just "pressure and pulling". After my extraction was done Dr. Simmons patted me and said "You're fine and you will live" which was extremely rude. Getting the extraction was a last resort effort to get me relief from my infection. It's unbelievable I wasn't offered laughing gas or any other type of sedation for this. It was borderline traumatizing and I left the office shaking and in tears. I will never go back and will never recommend this dentist to anyone. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE TERRIFIED OF THE DENTIST! Dr. Simmon and Dr. Muller were both awful."

"While the dental care itself is good- unless you want ridiculous wait times on getting in do not come here. For the past two years we have been dealing with this. If you need to reschedule an appointment you are looking at about a month to get in. Same with if they need to reschedule your appointment. It is absolutely ridiculous to wait a month plus to get in when you need care urgently. Hygienists and Dentists are all kind, but the scheduling needs to be fixed especially with a practice of this size."

Everyone was kind and pleasant, and my hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr. Simmons was fantastic too, you can instantly tell he is Incredibly competent. He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor too! I would recommend Brite Smiles to anyone!!"

"I’m a 55 year old with sensory issues and extreme fear/dislike of dentistry. This is the first time, in my life, that I had a totally positive experience at a dental office. The hygienist, Kaylee, acknowledged my fears and was gentle, explaining things I’ve never heard before about the why of certain aspects of how things feel. Once I understood what was happening, I could deal with the process with less difficulty. Dr. Simmons came in, was friendly and engaging. He did a thorough exam that really felt non-invasive. He had a good energy about him. One specific thing I noticed is that I didn’t hear any drills going on in other rooms. That sound is one of the things that can quickly ramp up anxiety & tension in people like me. I mentioned it to Kaylee, and she told me any dental work is done in a separate part of the office. Absolutely Genius!!!!! All these years.... I never knew a visit to the dentist could be this easy to get through."

Dr. Simmons has a great sense of humor which made me feel at ease. I'm not as nervous about my upcoming appointment. I would highly recommend them."
