"i’ve gone here for six years and when they got a new manager, all of a sudden, my nails started to fall off. Their product wasn’t good. My nails were lumpy and I don’t recommend this place because six days ago I got my nails done with my friend. she wanted basic square acrylics, and her nails literally looked like horse teeth , they were round lumpy, and a cream color and I wanted French and mine were lumpy and six days after I got them done two of them fell off. so I went in, asked to get them removed and get a manicure, and they refused to do it and blamed it all on me . i do not recommend this place . I used to love going there with the old manager but ever since they got the new one I haven’t liked it."

"I visited E Nails for a full set, in preparation for the Holidays. I went to this location for a full set prior to my engagement photos as well, and while I did notice that the nail technician did NOT use clean tools, even when working on my bare nail, the results were OK (a 3.5/5 Pink & White set— not quite worth the $85 I was charged). E Nails is close to my home in Shakopee, and an OK set was going to be just fine for me for the holidays. I DO NOT have pretty hands, I acknowledge that. My nail beds are short, hence why a full set is the best option to make my hands a little more pleasant to look at. The nail technician I saw for my most recent set also failed to use clean tools when working on my bare nails. This is especially disturbing as she chewed up my cuticles with her dremel on 9 of my 10 fingers. The technician also left a significant amount of acrylic on the undersides of my nails. While I understand that I could revisit the store and have the underside cleaned up free of cost, I am hesitant to do so knowing that they can’t be bothered to use clean tools, and would likely further irritate my cuticles. Staff is relatively nice, but has not proven worth it based on the quality of the service received."

"I took my 2 teenage daughters here to get holiday nails done and we were not disappointed. The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. My oldest daughter didn’t like the color she chose, and her nail artist, Hannah, took it off and helped her find something she’d like better. They are so open to making sure you leave with exactly what you want. We felt very special and taken care of. We will definitely go back. Thank you to the entire staff! For reference- we all had a full set, some art work, and are completely satisfied!"
