"Worst experience!! Saw a car I wanted, I called to see if it was there and if I could test drive it,I was told yes.let them know we were coming to look at it. So I drove an hour to the dealership and when I got there they told me the car was in the shop so I couldn't test drive it (what?). I was able to look at the car, told them this is what I'm really interested in buying it just let me know when it's out of shop to test drive and if it's good I will buy. Two weeks went by with many phone calls, they told us they got busy so they had to kick that car out of the shop, it would be longer so I applied for online financing in the meantime just to get the ball rolling. They have yet to call me on the financing or the car. Don't give your time to these guys if you are in need of a car, they will waste your time!! Went somewhere else where there are professionals, test drove and bought a car in a day and a half. Thank you Quality Toyota Fergus Falls!!"

"My husband and I have been to quite a few used car dealerships and each time they would sit there and push for us to look at cars we were not interested in, or would make excuses for why that particular car had issues. When we found our car here at Hollatz, we enjoyed the experience that Tyler and his family owned company provided. Tyler did not push us to make the purchase of our new car, especially when we expressed concerns about one thing wrong, they fixed it instantly without question. Not to mention they stayed open wayyyyy past closing time to make sure we had time to think it over on whether we wanted to purchase the car or not (Again we do apologize for keeping you so late Tyler!). "Bad experience here, my fiancé bought a 2011 Buick LaCrosse from here, they said they check it all over and was mechanically sound. About a month later it was stalling out all the time and quit running a month and a half ago now. Seemed like they just put some bandaids on it just to sell it, would not recommend this place to anyone."
