"I noticed my tire was flat today. I stopped in to ask for help with it. From the get go the woman helping me kept saying she couldn't believe my dad never taught me to air up/check tires. I started driving as an adult and by that time my dad was legally blind. He may have never taught me to air up a tire but at least he taught me to not be judgemental. I appreciate her teaching me and all the times my grandma came there for her own car which is why I didn't give a lower star. I just think no one should have to feel shame when asking for help. Really bothered me."

"I had a blown out tire on my dually truck as I was driving north from the cities on a Sunday. Kurt's was the only place I found that could fix the tire, but they didn't have to oddball tire I needed. I was able to find the tire at a different shop and Kurt's mounted it up and got me back on the road. They were incredibly nice and helpful. I was very thankful they were open and willing to help me! I know where I will be getting gas when I stop in Hinkley now!"
