"Can not recommend having service here. I brought my Jeep in for a no heat issue. I was told that it needed a head gasket because the coolant and oil had mixed together. The head gasket was replaced less than 1 year ago, which I told them. I brought the Jeep to 2 other shops, both said the coolant and oil were not mixed together. Not sure if the mechanics at Troy's want to scam people or are just incompetent. I personally would not trust having service at Troy's."
"They only want to up sale! Prices are ridiculous not honest and advertis free services with coupon only for services any other shop does free regardless of a coupon. Terrible business!!!"

"I am rating only the towing and storage as that is what I experienced. Super friendly staff. They were excellent to deal with and gave me prompt access to my vehicle when I needed to clean it out. Unfortunately my car was totaled in a wreck, but these guys handled it with care and kept it secure until I could get there."
"I needed all of my tires replaced ASAP, they got me in in less than two days. They showed me many options for tires and also said I could bring in my own set, so I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to get as much of my money as possible-which isn't always the case. Tires are wonderful and they even reminded me to come get them retorqued! Would definitely recommend!"
