"My fiance recommended this place to me yesterday when I was craving a sub. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, even though I unknowingly came in right before close and took a while looking at the menu. As of now it is my favorite sandwich place. The bread is perfect and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. We will be coming back."

"I came in earlier this evening and ordered me a giant club sub, which was absolutely delicious by the way and definitely looked as good as it tasted. I was in and out quick definitely will be going back always love good sandwiches and fast and great customer service. "Jersey mikes is the only chain sandwich shop I go to. Love them. Always a great experience. Having moved here a few months ago, I was happy to see one.. They were so busy though, (which is to be expected) I just didn’t have the time. So when I just happened to be driving by shortly after they opened. I took the opportunity to get some lunch ahead of time. I wasn’t hungry or in a hurry, but Jersey Mikes is Jersey Mikes. They seemed friendly when I arrived, but quickly I was a bother. Was it too early to order a hot sandwich? I felt like I asked for a forbidden item. I wasn’t asked what kind of bread. When it was done, it was just wrapped up and given to me. No toppings? They did ask if I wanted a drink and chips though. I get home just to have more vegetables than meat, that were raw. $17 for a sandwich I can’t eat. I wish I could blame this place, but it’s Fort Smith in general. Do better. This town is lazy at"
