"I've only gone once and they get it all correct. When they did get it correct the wait was so long the food came out closer to room temperature then hot."

"Food is always amazing here but service is horrible. Employees are very nice but the problem is the past three times of come here something is missing from my order. A lot of young workers so I can’t blame them too much. Based on the other reviews, management needs to provide better training."

"Wife ordered from the app and I stopped on my way home. Arrived 20 minutes after placing the order and had to pull ahead and wait, no other vehicles behind me and no lines inside. Water about 10 minutes the came out, handed me my food and the bag felt very light. I had pulled around the corner to check my food and there were no sides. Drove back and explained there were no sides, girl ask, did you check the boxes? Well yes ma’am I did, hence, that’s why I’m back here! She speak to another girl, for a minute or so, hands me my sides with no apologies what so ever. Arrive home and the chicken nuggets are the size of popcorn chicken, the chicken meal, 3 pieces, thigh and two wings that came from about a two week old chicken. Smallest pieces I’ve ever seen. I thought the VB location was bad, this place is worse. Guess I’ll go back to a KFC. Inside did look clean."

"Very rude. Refused to take our order after taking a friends order. Staff wouldn't even acknowledge us standing at the counter. I've worked food service before. I'd be fired for treating guests like that. Do better."

"Absolutely amazing food and service. Was visiting from out of town and the employees were friendly, kind, and even gave us some extra biscuits and fries since it was our first time at Popeyes. Can't recommend this location enough. 11/10 Looking forward to trying out Popeyes back home more often because of my visit."
