"Dropped off a tractor for a customer to get fixed. After hooking my semi back up to my lowboy there was a warning indicator on in the cab. I asked if they could tell me what was going on and the service manager went in and grabbed a reader and found it was on because of water in fuel. Went back to my work and changed the filters. So it was awesome they could quickly check to see what was up and keep me going."
"Service department top notch and accommodating when it mattered to me most. I would and will highly recommend this Cummins facility in Grand Forks ND. Thank you for your professionalism and promptness in preforming the task. And all at no cost, which was priceless. Thank you so much."
"I showed up with a broken trailer and they diagnosed it very quickly. Thanks to the guys in the service department"
"Cannot recommend. Number 2 injector tip broke off so I had my truck towed to their shop after scoping the cylinder I was assured that there was no damage to the cylinder the Piston or the head I had Cummins replace all six injectors .. after the repairs were made my driver drove the truck back to Bismarck only to discover there was an excessive amount of blow by. Now took my truck to Wallwork in Bismarck and when they pulled the number 2 injector back out there is severe scoring damage to the piston and a cracked head. When I called Cummins in Grand Forks to ask them if they had removed the broken tip from the motor before they put the new injectors in I was informed that they could not find the tip so they just put it back together. In the pictures that were taken of the cylinder by Wallwork it was obvious that the broken tip that was left in the motor caused the damage and Cummins in Grand Forks would not stand behind their work. After several phone calls they finally agreed to pay for a few of the parts that totaled maybe $400 of a $6,000 bill that it cost me to get my truck back on the road. All in all between both shops my bill was over $10,000"
