"Incredibly unhelpful staff. Were not willing to help find parts, let alone willing to assist with testing battery and alternator. Service was so bad we risked starting a car with a dying battery again to drive down the street to AutoZone who was amazing. Save yourself the time and go there instead!!"
"Very unhelpful staff. Tried to buy wiper blades for my 2017 F150 (extremely common vehicle for our area). They have a slightly different bend in the blades between driver and passenger side -unless you work at Napa, because the computer is right. Then let's just not help at all after that point. Also, I don't know if the employee was smoking just before I got there and had walked in the store blowing out a lung full or if the guy was actively smoking behind the counter when I walked in. Head just up the street to any of the O'Reilly's, Advanced Auto Parts, etc."
"With everything going they seem to get filters for ag equipment in, dealing with kristy is awesome she helps out alot."
"Always great service with smart automotive experience. I am old guy with some smarts but not a gear head so to speak. They come out to my old jeep and explain how to replace things I can do myself. I really appreciate the help with this stuff!! If they don't have a part I need they usually have it in less than 24 hours."
