"When I walked into this store to get an air filter for my car, it was a little busy, but it was not crazy. There were only 2 cashiers and they were helping customers. But as I was looking for my item, no one was able to come over to me and help me figure out which one I needed until I went to go ask someone. The guy did point me to the right one, but I had to go find it myself. In my experience, the service was just ok. Not the greatest but not the worst either."

"I went in today and it was 30 below zero. Casey/Kasey/K.C. helped me with my battery and even braved the elements to install it for me. I couldnt thank him enough. He was knowledgeable and professional. In my opinion this guy needs a substantial raise."

"**Update: New manager seems to have taken down the open sign. Not sure if it's a new company policy, or so customers don't bother him. Either way it makes it very hard to tell when the store is open. It seems all the best employees have gone. Not sure why the owners have allowed their store to go downhill so quickly, but we definitely won't be back now. Have been using this store for years! Usually the staff is amazing and helpful. It appears the excellent manager they used to have moved, and unfortunately the new manager is definitely not good. He embodies every bad parts store meme you've ever seen. Still absolutely love the regular guys that have been there a while, they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We have often driven 80 mile round trips just to get their amazing service and parts. Now it's definitely not worth making the drive during the day. That doesn't work very well if you need parts during business hours, so we've just had to take our business elsewhere..."
