"I went to get tires mounted and balanced they did the work but gouged the wheels and the wheel weight fell off before I even left the parking lot they gave money back for balancing the wheels but wouldn't do anything about the wheels they rooned."
"Look for no one else but Kai. I hit a curb and my wheel got wrecked. He explained to me my options clearly. Got a used wheel from a salvage yard. Got my old tires mounted on it. Leaks checked, tires balanced and I'm back on the road again. Thank you!!"
"I bought a complete set of tires for my X5 online. Installation and balancing plus recycling the old ones would have cost about $220 at Tires Plus. Walmart did all that for less than $110 and this includes lifetime rotation and balancing. The work was excellent. Nothing against Tires Plus, but hopefully this helps put things in perspective."
"I was sold the wrong battery for my pickup. The poles were reversed on the new battery. When I hooked it up the power was reversed and fried the wiring going into my fuse box. Truck almost had to be towed to a mechanic to fix the electrical issue. Luckily, Walmart let me return the battery. It cost me $500 to get my truck back in working order. Buyers be careful. Always double check which battery you should purchase. I learned the hard way that you can’t always trust the technicians at Walmart. I also bought a set of tires last weekend from the same store. They said 2-2.5 hours to install. It took 4.5 hours. I had to go purchase food because it took so long. If you ever wondered what it’s like to spend all day in a Walmart don’t. It’s awful. They should have given me a smock and at least let me greet people at the door while I waited. They said the trouble with my tires is they had difficulty getting them balanced. I don’t understand how a tire shop can fail to get things balanced. It’s not like I drive a monster truck. Not that it matters but I didn’t get an apology for them taking half a working day to install new tires. If there are any cars in front of you and you drive a pickup beware the installation time could be insane. You might ask them if you can at least face some shelf’s while you wait. The tires were installed properly and I’m happy with the purchase. It was torture to have them installed."
"I had a good experence getting new tires after I had a flat. Robert was very helpful and the staff were quite friendly. The problem is, when I discovered the tires I purchased were too big for the car I was driving and due to the body work, they refused to take them back claiming they had been "used" even though they never traveled more than 1 mile and never went above 30 mph"
