"I’ve been told by a couple different people to come here and try this Italian Chopped salad and that’s it’s the best they’ve ever had. My opinion is the salad is just ok and nothing to rave about. What was not for me was the vibe of the restaurant and the “appreciation fee” that was not presented up front. The music was pretty loud and just too active is the probably the best way to describe it. It was a little hard to just relax and eat in peace. I’m sure it works for some folks but this is more like a college hangout place."
"The pizza at Pizzeria Ruby is very good. The House Salad was Outstanding...try the spicy ranch dressing! The only reason for 4 stars on Atmosphere is because it is small and the tables are tight. But don't let that prevent you from going."
"Pros -very good pizza Con s - waiting and the price. Being informed that an additional 3% is attached to your bill for because they don't pay their employees enough. Verdict - The hour and a half. Wait to get seated and then another 20 minutes for our pizza was not worth it. Some people's time are important. The bottom of the menu you report that 3% will be added to the bill for people that make the pizza is it's very strange. I will wait for hideaway Pizza to move to Northwest Arkansas."
"This place is always packed so I just ordered a pizza for carryout. I have mixed feelings. The pizza itself was pretty good. I Iove New York style pizza and this is one of the closest I've seen to that since moving to Arkansas. The crust did get burnt in a few places but wasn't too bad. The crust's flavor was good and was the best part of the pizza IMO. I really only have two complaints. One is the price. They are a bit on the expensive side, especially since their pizza is so thin and not as filling as some other pizzas. The other complaint I had was I ordered extra cheese and I struggled to see how my pizza had extra cheese. If it did, then I would hate to see the normal amount. So overall it wasn't bad, but I don't know if I would go out of my way to get it again, but would go there again if I was close by, hungry and the wait wasn't too bad."
"Food is outstanding, but the place itself is not big enough to cater the amount of traffic it gets. The place is tiny! Our server Luke was amazing and super attentive, he was on it. Super fast and nice with clearing the table and checking in on us. The girls who were working the to-go counter and folding pizza boxes were very rude though, there was about an hour wait and they shoo’ed us out the door in the middle of getting on the list. The food was super good and pretty fast on getting out considering the place was packed the whole time we were there, but again, the place is too small for the amount of people it has constantly coming in. Should definitely be twice the size that it is. It is a very clean place, but the bathrooms are located weirdly too. You have to walk through the kitchen to get to them and there’s only one that is feasible to use because the other has employee lockers in it and they block it off. This place has a lot of potential."
