"Every time I order a dorito taco supreme the last three times they give me a normal dorito taco without the sour cream and without the tomatoes yet they still charge me for supreme every time. I normally let this stuff go but it happens too often and then when I finally bring it to the manager's attention I am told that if I bring the taco back to them with the receipt they'll switch it out, this is after I've already got home and opened up the bag after going through drive-thru. Once is a mistake, twice it needs to be dealt with, three times there's a problem. Who knows how many other people this happens to besides me. And the irritating part is no one seems to really care as of to say eh...it happens. Someone needs to have pride in their work."

"Multiple food items were forgotten in our order (twice in the same visit) and then several items were wrong (tomato left on, sour cream forgotten, etc). The potatoes in the potato tacos seemed old--they were very hard and crunchy and cold enough the cheese wouldn't melt on the potato tacos. The staff was great, though, and corrected everything--but this did make the visit way longer than it probably should have been (it took over 30 minutes to finally get the food and another 5 or so for corrections). I'll still come back to this location, but if you're taking your order to go, make sure to check it before you leave!"

"Simple. Not very busy. Energy low. Relatively clean,... Food is just horrible. Everywhere, with this chain. I don't know why I keep going back in. Not picking on this place, General overall, "they" can do way better. We'll see in another year, some place else."
