"LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Kimberly R has some real serious problems - she didn’t want to listen when we made our order and didn’t add items we wanted because then told she wouldn’t add one at the window. I then said very calmly well we told you about these items but you didn’t add them - she responded with in a very rude and snappy tone “well there’s no need to start a argument” We get our food AND SHE DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM RIGHT THEN WANTED TO YELL AT ME ABOUT IT. Like hire better employees - maybe some they know some customer service and aren’t so mentally unstable and fly off the hinges when something is inconvenient for her."

"The food is okay. It's good if you need to hurry somewhere. I prefer a Mexican restaurant though. Service is usually very slow but the people are friendly."

"Everything I ordered was half the size it should be. Chalupas had tiny flakes of meat on them. I’m not even half full and I spent over $20. Guy taking our order sounded drunk and he forgot he gave us our drink after 2.5 seconds. I never write reviews but this experience was so horrible. I will never take the chance of eating at another Taco Bell ever. Huge rip off."

"I placed a mobile order for the first time and it was a horrible experience. My nachos taco loco only had a little bit of meat, no veggies, or cheese. I took a picture of what I received (image included). This is literally what it looked like. Couple of meat pieces and a shell. I also, ordered 3 different types of burritos for my husband and they were cold. My husband took a bite and lost his appetite. He said the tortillas was not warmed up. They also forgot about my drinks that came with the meal. My husband had to go back and ask for cups to fill our own drinks that should of been ready to pick up with the food. I requested sauce and none was provided. The rest of the items were good which were chip, cheese dip, and cinnamon balls. Very disappointed of this location, it's the closet one to the house but it seems I'm just going to have to try another Taco Bell location."

"If you want the nostalgic Taco Bell experience then this is the place for you. It’s like you’re back in the 90s with maybe getting all your food, but probably not. You better check and make sure everything is there. Last 2 times we’ve ordered, something has been left off. This last time it was 2 items. They are very friendly when you go inside to tell them and they make it quickly so that’s a plus. They also give out cheese sauce like it’s gold. I could see the bottom of the container before I ever dipped a chip. I’ll just drive that extra mile to the Lowell Taco Bell from now on."
