"5 Stars for John. My husband and I needed new laptops and we had the best experience with John. He helped us to understand the different aspects of storage space between products and so on. I appreciate how genuine he was in wanting to help us and answer our novice questions to make an educated purchase. I can’t tell you the last time someone’s positive attitude and willingness to help made such an impact. Which is why I’m writing this review. He deserves all of the accolades. "Very helpful. I have been with another cell phone company for 7 years with 6 lines and due to the terrible customer service I've received at multiple locations of theirs I just threw in the towel and decided to switch companies. The woman who helped me switch and get new phones was so wonderful. The customer service at Best buy was amazing. I'm very grateful they were there to help me switch over all my lines to a different company."

"I enjoy this location because of the staff and inventory. It may not be the top of the line store/flagship location but the staff are solid & knowledgable. Inventory is pretty great. I haven't experienced this location in a busy time, which is one of the reasons I love this location because of it's size and it seems like its easy to get in and out when you need to. Staff have found the location that had what I needed on multiple occasions. Now, the parking or finding the location can be a bit confusing for first timers so please have patience with drivers that seem to be lost in the area. It's in a very busy area, strip mall, with a lot popular brands. Prime location for Best Buy but give yourself grace if it takes a bit to get here. This is my northern stop every time I need something for sure. What have been your experience?"

"The store was well organized and clean. There are TVs on the main aisles. Employees were nice and helpful. I was asked if I needed assistance when I was walking towards the back. The employees was nice and went on their way. This is another Best Buy location I suggest people to come to if they're looking for cameras to play with. They have most of the well known brand cameras you can experiment with. The lot is shared with other businesses. Parking is good but getting to this Best Buy (from Snelling) is easy. But there is a lot of traffic so be aware of your surroundings because drivers in this area do drive pretty fast. The bathrooms in here are well kept. The floors are clean and not dirty. Overall, a great Best Buy to check out. Would highly recommend, especially if you're looking for electronics."
