"I can say that I never write reviews, but today I went to the cafe in the Barnes and Nobel and was feeling dehydrated and light headed. I asked for a venti iced water and was told that they could only offer small cups of water. I suffer from pretty severe social anxiety and struggled to ask for it in the first place. I asked if I could pay for an Iced coffee and get a cup with only ice and also was denied. I understand that the worker is following store protocols and doing their job, but I truly do not understand if I am willing to pay for an iced coffee for the cup why you would continually deny a person that option. I could stand and drink the water from a small cup but again the anxiety prevents me from doing such. It is disappointing when I enjoy and like Barnes and Nobel so much."
