"While we have not used Vertical Spice for a business need, we will forever be a supporter. Our son had a moose that went with him everywhere. Unfortunately, it was lost on Zachary Ln, near Vertical Spice. We contacted all surrounding businesses, the city, online forums, you name it, we reached out. Despite not being directly involved, the owners took the time to reach back out to us and let us know that they will keep an eye out. Not long after, we were surprised by a replacement moose, gifted by the owners. That level of care and attentiveness is rare and speaks volumes about the owners' dedication to their customers and community. Their act of kindness was overwhelming - it was heartwarming to experience the kindness and compassion shown by the owners of Vertical Spice. We went in to say thank you; Linda met us in the lobby. The immediate connection between our son and Linda, one of the owners, further emphasizes the bond formed through this act of kindness as he ran up to give her a hug, as if he knew who she was. Expressing our gratitude through a ‘thank you’ will never be enough. This review serves as a testament to their exceptional character and empathy."
