"Me and my 79 year old father came in to exchange 2 of the pants that I got him for Xmas, Abby helped us out, and she was SOOOOO AMAZING!!!! There was about 6 people in front of us in the return line, and she got the entire line in less then about 5min., she helped everyone with a smile on her face and was extremely nice and polite!!! "My wife and I visited the store to shop for her. Upon completing our selections, we were assisted at the checkout by a cashier named Janet. Janet's demeanor was exceptionally pleasant. She engaged in a delightful conversation with me and displayed remarkable hospitality. Additionally, I encountered another woman whom I suspect to be the manager, and she too exuded friendliness. In sum, the overall customer service I experienced was outstanding, and I look forward to returning to this location. Kudos to you, Janet, for your excellent work."

"Came to self service area to get a t shirt I had ordered online, but my phone died before I could click that I was there for pickup. I did manage to take a couple pictures of a basket that I was interested in. I found that I couldn't find this basket anywhere else so I was very happy to take these pictures attached to my review. I love the Kohl's employees, I find that they are always helpful, sure they might be having a bad day but I feel like we have to give everybody Grace in retail. Still in 2023 yes."
