Warners' Stellian Appliance

"Warners Stellian was great to work with. I've seen their commercials for years, but never shopped there. We went to a big box retailer and they couldn't fulfill my needs, so we went to Warners, and they were great. They had what I needed and delivered a few days later. They delivery guys unboxed and unwrapped my appliance and exceeded my expectations. I will use again for my next appliance."

"The most stressful delivery experience I've ever had. Rude, unprofessional and appalling service. Honestly I was pretty shocked at how this delivery went from bad, to worse and then left me pretty upset. I called my salesperson to discuss and never got a call back. I guess once I signed for the entire kitchen worth of appliances thats all he cared about. The delivery people, when they weren't on personal phone calls or taking pictures of me to attempt to place blame on me if the fridge door became broken, acted like I was a problem and not a customer. Rushed the whole thing, didn't take their shoes off, almost gave up when the freezer door wouldn't disassemble in 2 minutes and I had to beg them to keep trying (he said he would have to leave the fridge on the sidewalk?), and left in a hurry without installing the handles on the fridge and sloppily putting the doors back on (which I had to fix later). Absolutely terrible all around. Don't even waste your time here unless you just want them to take your money. Then by all means, go ahead."

"We received excellent customer service and the sales associate was very knowledgeable. They really listened to what we were looking for and we felt we were in very good hands. The LG washer and dryer came earlier than expected and look fabulous upon install. The Installation Technician was speedy, friendly, and answered all of our questions. We will use Warner Stellien again and will definitely recommend it to anyone."
