"Had to get a new frig. Had what I needed. Delivery and install and haul away went well. Needed to return the hookup kit that was required to purchase but not needed or used. Researched and compared before going so it was a fairly quick process.."

"Eveninging staff have no customer service training and seem to hate their job. Someone needs to put the evening security/door greeter down for a nap. Returned during the day and was greeted properly, given clear directions and got what I came for without issues."

"Always friendly service and helpful people. The only issue I have is their My Best Buy Membership is not worth the price. I bought a washing machine that was covered by this plan and when I called the hotline to schedule service, they told me they didn’t have any available agents to service my washing machine and that I would have to try later. Seriously? I pay $250 a year for a “warranty” and I’m told to call back in the future? No thanks. So I cancelled the membership and bought my next appliance from Home Depot. Bottom line. Not a bad place to buy appliances & electronics. Skip the membership."

"We bought an electric range from Best Buy Maple Grove, and while the appliance works well, the installers provided a poor service. I recently discovered that they didn’t attach the metal safety brackets to the wall, which are supposed to prevent tipping. They didn’t inform us about this omission and left silently. I’m disappointed as this is my first experience with such neglectful service."

"I want to share my experience with Best Buy's service. I am extremely disappointed with their work. I decided to purchase a remote start for my work car and chose to have it installed by Best Buy. A Best Buy employee recommended a particular remote start, and I scheduled an installation appointment. However, upon arrival, I was informed that a special harness was required. The Best Buy employee then suggested buying a different remote start that supposedly had everything needed. I purchased this second remote start and attended another appointment. To my surprise, it turned out to be incompatible with my car. I was then advised to order the original remote start I had bought, and a third appointment was scheduled. When I arrived for this appointment, I discovered it had been canceled two hours prior without my knowledge. Additionally, they informed me that two pairs of car keys were necessary for the installation, a requirement not mentioned earlier. As a result, even after a month, they have still not been able to install the remote start."
