They are knowledgeable about their products and have tips and tricks on what kind of shoes will work for my kiddos with unusually shaped feet (wide feet and high instep). They are very patient with my children. My four-year-old left saying “she was so sweet“. The prices are on the higher end, but I choose to have one good supportive pair of shoes for my children, and they wear them almost every day until they grow out of them.
