"The Manager was great! Absolutely loved talking with her. Service was an 11/10, definitely coming back."
"I went in today just browsing some jewelry and the bigger blonde manager (I assume she's the manager because she mentioned having an assistant) was talking so loudly I couldn't not hear the conversations she was having which I had no interest in being a part of. I got up to the register and a nice employee was ringing me up and she noticed my necklace which happens to be Harry Styles' themed. After she asked me if it's the Harry Styles necklace, I happily said yes hoping for a fun conversation with her. The loud manager butted right in and said "God get over yourself" and immediately put down me and the other employee for simply liking a celebrity. She was making fun of him and making fun of us for liking him and said "you couldn't pay me to go to one of his concerts." When did I ask your opinion on him? Or ask if you wanted to go to one of his concerts? I didn't. This store would really benefit if she would keep her mouth shut. Transactions would go a lot quicker if she wasn't having a 10 minute conversation with each customer and customers wouldn't leave discouraged and deflated after being made fun of just for liking a celebrity. How you make others feel about themselves says a lot about you. Do better. Treat people with kindness."
"Extremely poor customer service. The girl working today needs to be trained on customer service, I’ve never met a more rude person. Love the store- your staff needs help though. Not impressed at all. She doesn’t know how to do gift card sales, now I get to wait 7 days to use my gift card due to her mistake. Unfortunate. Lost a sale today Francesca’s"
