"Rude drive thru worker Sally. Snapped at me “…that’s what I said.” Seemed short of any ordinary amount of patience for a customer. Wasn’t helpful and I ended up with crazy prices and portions for my sides when I wanted some corn and potatoes to go with my chicken. She took issue because I said “original crispy” chicken and she seemed irritated saying that doesn’t exist just original or extra crispy. My food was terrible. YUCK. My chicken came to me with barely any crisp. Looked boiled with a couple small edges of crisp. Very, very strange. Potatoes seemed sort of rotten as well as the corn. Paid huge amount of money for this. People, stick with Popeyes or Cub foods. Very disappointed with whole experience."

"I would give zero stars for the food because I never received my meal. The kid at the window told me to park and he would bring it out. Instead he danced in the dining room for 15 minutes. It wasn't worth my time to go inside and ask for a refund. I just left. Every time I think of grabbing a bite in Columbia Heights I remember how terrible the service is at ALL of the fast-food restaurants on Central Ave and what garbage you will inevitably put up with to get your food. If it comes at all."

"When they let you in, they are awesome but when they close the doors at 8 they won't pick up the phone when your standing outside with your bicycle to know if they allow a drive though order. BTW, if your order is wrong, they want all the food back before a replacement order."

"used to live down the street from this kfc for a decade (literally 10 years). there was always one issue or another and upon moving my father and i agreed to not give them another chance because we had gotten sick upon last eating there. well i wanted kfc and the nearest to our house is this one. not only did they mess up our order (forgot my gravy for my mashed potatoes), the potatoes themselves were sour and smelled vaguely of vinegar. my father who had consumed more potatoes than me ended up getting sick and throwing up while it made my stomach quite upset as i had only ate a little. this is not okay and is clearly an ongoing issue of over a decade now. someone needs to come check this kfc, cause this is a blatant health and safety hazard at this point. SHUT. IT. DOWN!"

"This location needs to be shut down. Had to call 15 times to get an answer. Order is never correct. Just got home food is missing corn is dry. Manager finally answers. No apology given. Just told to drive back and missing food will be given. I have lived in this ate over 20 years and have never gotten what I ordered. I’m calling corporate."
