"I usually don't write reviews, but the experience I had yesterday (Friday) morning was exceptional! When I walked in the staff was happily working together. They were all so cheerful and smiley! Couldn't believe how clean and organized the inside was, as I've been at other White Castles that were skuzzy. Thanks for making my day!"

"My fiance and I went through the drive thru today and asked for chicken rings with barbecue sauce the guy gave an attitude saying he'll have all the sauce we want once we get to the second window and then demanded we finished ordering. Right there I wanted to just leave but I was starving. So as we're waiting to get to the window all you hear is the worker yelling out the window very rudely telling the 2 people ahead of us to pull up to the next window. Once we finally get to the window the guy doesn't even tell us our total instead he puts his head out the window to look at the cars behind us and then take someone's order. We finally had to ask what our total was to pay and then he walks away while we're trying to hand him the money. We finally pay and get our food and my fiance asks for the barbecue sauce which he puts a ton of in the bag but noticed half of them were full of barbecue sauce on the outside of the container. The fries were disgusting. Just the worst experience I've had here before. Not sure what the guys name was because he wasn't wearing a name tag"

"I love White Castle. It's an institution. An experience. So many choices. The prices are so reasonable. I always get great service. My order is always perfect. I can't wait to go back again. Bacon Cheeseburgers and Onion Chips are my favorite. But I eat all over the menu. Chocolate Shakes are so Chocolate!"

"I don’t know if there was a change in management or employees but surprisingly I had a perfect order and friendly employee on drive through. In the past the employees seemed to not care about their jobs or customers. Was treated like a nuance and 9 times out of 10 something was wrong with my order that I would have to ask to get fixed, but they always corrected it! I’m extremely happy with my recent visit and hope that friendly service will be the new normal for this location!"

"First time ever trying white Castle, and this location was probably the most unsanitary disgusting place I have ever been to especially for the first time experience the bathroom for the women’s side, had dirty used latex gloves on the floor, blood splattered on the wall, and on the toilet, the other toilet that was supposed to be accessible had used toilet paper that was filthy all over the seat when addressing one of the workers he said yeah we just don’t have time to get to the bathrooms,We’ve been busy. They closed the lobby during lunch while we were eating . It really wasn’t that busy & the attitudes were beyond belief..Another coworker had their child sleeping in a booth While working."
