"Stopped here yesterday to get 2 chili dogs. Sat in drive waiting to give my order. Menu items started flashing across screen, then showed I ordered 22 dollars of food. Drove to window to try and fix order and the car ahead was having issues, I drove away."

"I will not be going back. Firstly, I had ordered my food, and now was trying to pay. I specifically clicked 'Pay with card', but apparently, it doesn't work. They hadn't even told me, as they had even asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card. (After I inserted my card, the menu board told me that it went through, and it even said they were making my order.) An employee came out, and demand for my credit card. When I told him no, (Because I wasn't about to give my credit card to some random person), he got an even worse attitude. After I figured the payment problem, i ordered the 50$ worth of food, and found out it was all either cold, or just lousy. On top of that, the bottom of the bag was ripped... and instead of going to quickly grab me a new bag, he just handed it to me sideways, even though some of my sauce and food had fallen out already; I ordered 3 shakes, and they all mostly consisted of whipped cream instead of ice cream. Plus, my drink, had a hole in the bottom, and it leaked all over my cup holder. They replaced my drink, but the new one looks like it has been sitting out, as it is melted."

"Don't even think about stopping here. Seriously, just eat somewhere else. You have been warned. Look at the reviews. They are historically bad going back at least a year. Management and the owner must not give a rip and neither does corporate if they have continued to allow this store to perform like hot garbage. This store needs a massive reset/rehire from the top all the way down. I pulled up to a stall and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, crispy chicken sandwich, and a large mozzarella stick(8pc). We then waited 20 minutes for our food. There was no burger in the bag. Instead we got 2 chicken sandwiches, but only ordered one. We got 7 out of 8 mozzarella sticks, not sure if they snacked on one or just don't know how to count to 8. I pressed the red button and let them know we didn't receive our burger and they acted confused at first but eventually understood. About 10 more minutes go by and we still haven't received our double bacon cheeseburger. My wife then goes into the store to see what is going on. She explains this situation and states that we just want a refund at this point. They dismiss her by saying it will be right out and act annoyed while stating that there is only one guy making food apparently. We eventually got our double bacon cheeseburger, it didn't seem very fresh and tasted mediocre. Sonic, please do better. I'm not sure how you're structured, but you're allowing this location's owner/management and everyone on down that they hire to give you a bad name and make you look bad. The Sonic brand is great, but this location's service is trash. Please act on the reviews, don't just read them and apologize. And yes, we completed the survey listed on the receipt."

"I ordered 2 chicken slinger meals for my son and I. They served us midget size sandwiches. For $8+ that is ridiculous. The fries were soft, as though the oil was not up to temp. Never again will we be going back"

"I'm a huge fan of Sonic, the number of times I've had their food is in the 100s. I even drove 40 minutes to get Sonic when it finally moved to the twin cities. So I mean it when I say I think it's time to start from scratch with this Sonic store. It seems to be getting worse every month from a quality stand point. Issues I've Seen In Just My Last Three Visits: - Two kids grilled cheese that somehow have burnt cheese, yet aren't even toasted on the outside or even hot. We had to throw them out. - Missing a kids cheeseburger from a kids meal. - There ice cream machine has been down for almost 6 months at this point. When I think Sonic, I think shakes and desserts. - They had no milks for the kids meal. This store has been around for several years, I wouldn't expect these type of inventory issues. - I was given two other people's bills before someone else had to come out and give me the right bill. This has happened more than once here. - Every time I go here I see one of two scenarios: - one person who looks to be trying to run the whole store by themselves - 7 people with 2-3 of them standing around, and a lot of goofing around. I'm all for this if the quality was good and they were fast, but that's not the case here. - I have tried calling this store to resolve these issues and haven't been answered 5 times on 2 different days. It rings and no one answers, and there isn't a voicemail box to leave contact information and a small message. That's part of the reason after this review I'll be reaching out to Sonic's corporate. Keep in mind this is all in the last 3 times we went. I've seen other issues over the years, but I've chalked it up to the occasional mistake, and never felt the need to voice it."
