"I had placed a large catering order to pick up for a local business and the staff was incredibly helpful, lively, and seemed to all enjoy their jobs. The staff even helped me carry it all to my car! I guarantee when we need another catering (or even a casual lunch) we will use this Chipotle again! The entire staff are 5 stars all the way around!"
"This location is closest to home, so I keep giving them another try. If you order on the app, be prepared to wait at least twice the expected time. I’d recommend always choosing the quickest option, even if you know you won’t get there right away. I’ve attached a pic. While I appreciate the humor, I really do, it’s kind of sad to think this happens on a regular basis. This is not the only time I have seen them out of almost all options."
"I gave this store 3 visits before I gave them my review, just hoping that the next visit would redeem the previous visit and ...well here's my review. I would rather starve to death than visit this store again. First they didn't even add meat to the first order. The second visit it was throughly disgusting in the dining area that we didn't want to stay. Tonight they were out of lettuce and the manager actually gave me a hard time because I asked for a discount due to not having a main ingredient in almost any mexi-american dish which is LETTUCE. I almost decided to leave my 5 entrees and just go elsewhere but my wife talked me into buying lettuce at the supermarket and chopping it up ourselves. Would I recommend the Lakeville Chipolte...never in a million years. Any other Chipotle is 10 times better than this store and if you don't trust my advice....I told you so. Save the money and hit up the next Chipotle which is only a few miles away."
"We were thrilled when our town got a Chipotle restaurant, but this particular franchise has never really lived up to the hype or expectations. There is always a line, no matter the time of day it seems. It seems also that it is mostly due to a lack of enthusiasm of the workers behind the counter. No sense of urgency. It’s also obvious that they prioritize Internet orders over those waiting in line, which just slows down service for everyone. The food is fine - a step up from Taco Bell, but there are much better Mexican options in town a couple miles down the road. Don’t necessarily expect them to make it the way you ask for it. At today’s visit, I clearly asked for a little sour cream, even holding my thumb and forefinger up in the universal sign. What I got was a glop that was easily 3/4 of a cup in volume — way too much drowning my burrito bowl. Sigh. Where this place really suffers is the atmosphere. The dining room is perpetually a mess. The self-service station is usually in chaos, and the beverage dispensers are frequently empty. Food and napkins, and other stuff on the sticky floor. The table tops always need to be wiped off before sitting down. None of this is because they don’t have enough staff. The staff are often idling behind the counter. As an old boss of mine used to say, “If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean.” This is not a mantra in use at this location. It’s such a shame, because it’s a very simple business model that should be easily streamlined and made comfortable for the customer. Chipotle has certainly been successful elsewhere, but recent experiences here and in Apple Valley have made me wonder if the entire franchise is taking a nose dive."
"We have always enjoyed good food at a good value at Chipotle. That said, it is becoming more difficult to enjoy eating here based on the service and long wait. Oh, we know how popular Chipotle is and are used to the long lines. But in times past those lines moved at a good pace. It's too bad I didn't take a picture a moment earlier when six people were standing at the counter and checkout and there was not one employee waiting on people. We were all just standing there waiting while the workers were crazy busy filling out s counter full of online orders. Chipotle is playing like the are a fast food place with shelves full of pickup order bags. Us inside customers are playing second fiddle. The seating area is filthy and the self service station has been unattended. I guess cleanliness and good service isn't important when you can cash in on mobile orders. What used to be one of our favorite restaurants is no longer one of our favorite restaurants."
