"Coffee here is not made right. Tastes like water and a little chocolate. I really wanted this place to be good since I live 5mins away, but it seems the employees here really don’t know what they are doing. I’ve come here over 20 times, ordered different drinks of different sizes and they just can’t get it right. It’s kind of sad honestly. I can’t complain about the service, however I will not be coming here again. The SAVAGE or BURNSVILLE location 10xs BETTER. I hope a manager sees this so they can re-teach their employees how to make a good cup of caribou coffee."
"Dine-in is now open after being closed since start of pandemic. Feels like drive-thru times have also improved so maybe this location is back to full staff. Good place for doing remote work or meeting with a small group."
