"this starbucks reminds me why i would rather take the 5 minute longer drive to the other lakeville location. nearly everytime i come here i am "greeted" with rudeness and an incorrect drink. in specific, i came through the drive through today after ordering on my mobile app and then waiting 12+ minutes in the line when only THREE cars were infront of me, and the lobby was practically empty. once i got to the window, the employee didn't even say "hi" or "have a nice day" just shoved the drink in my face and closed the window. a few months back, i ordered online and came to this location. they informed me at the order box that they had my order and to pull through, i then waited 15 minutes in the line only to be told they didn't have it because I ordered to the incorrect store, i was offered no refund and no offer to make it at this location. which im fully aware is a rule since i am also a starbucks partner. you claim to focus on customer connections but can't even greet the customers. kenwood starbucks, you never fail to disappoint!"

"Worst starbucks i have ever been to. They always make my drink iced when i ask for it hot, even if i mobile order it they still make it wrong. Then they get mad at me when they have to remake it when it was clearly their fault."

"Really not a comfortable location to work from/have meetings in. The Caribou across the street is better for that. The staff are always friendly. Kevin is a sweetheart and always makes sure to greet my pup in the drive-through. :)"
