I still remember the days when they used to send mail order catalogues directly to my house. What an awesome selection of Merch from a huge variety of bands."
"Call during store hours get a machine that says they are closed. The hat I ordered has a shipping label for usps that isn't even real. 100% a scam"
"Don’t order from them! Their customer service is trash! Ordered from them off of Amazon on 12/11 and received package 12/14. Shirt was the wrong graphic, wrong color, and wrong size. When I called they said they would ship out a return package ASAP. As soon as I received it I was to package the item they sent me and they would ship out the replacement when usps scanned it. I was told I would have the replacement before Christmas. 4 days later and I have not received a return package. I called again and this time got a lady who was very rude. She told me that it takes a week and a half for the return package to show up and that they can’t send the correct tee until they receive the one I got. She also told me the only way to get the correct one in time was to reorder and choose 2 day shipping!!! Like I am going to spend anymore money with them when they can’t even correct their mistake."
