"Staff here is really great. Has lots of different party stuff obviously but we love them cause of their themed items. They seem to be getting more expensive as all things are but overall still come back for good service and easy transactions."

"I ordered grad party balloons online two weeks before our party for pick up at 11am the day of the event. Text came at 10:45 saying my order was ready. I arrived at 11am and there was a huge line. Turned out my order was not ready and the people ahead of me in line were waiting on orders that were supposed to be done hours earlier. The staff was moving at snail speed and making no effort to move through orders quickly. One woman’s grad party had already started! The staff was hollering and barking at people saying they were short staffed and couldn’t help it. They felt no shame that they weren’t trying to get orders finished quickly and they were disrespecting the customers who were growing increasingly more frustrated while they waited. Eventually I grabbed balloons that were pre-filled and asked for a refund on my online order. I couldn’t believe they didn’t go in early to prep the orders for that day and just shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Very very poor process on the part of Party City as a whole and the staff of this location. I’ll never order balloons there again."

"I came to this party city for some animal costumes, and I left empty handed. I can’t express how dissatisfied I am with this location. The place was extremely dirty and was covered in boxes and merchandise. Boxes and dirt should be hidden in the back room, not thrown about in the walkways. Some isles were unwalkable because of this. The employees then decided to blame me, calling me “a trouble maker” and accusing me of “making a mess” in loud voices. One employee also talked very loudly about how he would kick me out with his deep voice. I felt unwelcome as if I wasn’t allowed to shop there. When I went to the front of the store, I noticed that nobody was at the register. There was a line of angry people waiting for the employees to do their jobs, and all employees turned the other way as if they weren’t there. If you wanted to pay, you had to hunt them down and beg for it. Terrible service. When I was able to finally get an employee to help me, I went up to the front of the store to pay. I only bought 1 helium ballon because there were no animal costumes. I bet they were all on the floor so I couldn’t find them. Suspiciously, there was barely any helium inside. When I breathed it in, I experienced none of the effects that the typical helium breath would entail. I feel ripped off, dehumanized, and entirely dissatisfied. I will never come back, and I urge others to do the same."
