"I am giving 3 stars because ACE Hardware store didn't live up to my expectations. Particularly I was looking for specific lawnmower with specific price. When I did research online I was under impression my product will be available. In store I couldn't find a single lawnmower, only sample. Was told that what I was looking for was not available also if it was price would be much higher because battery and charger sells separately. After all I went to Lowe's store few miles away and purchased without any delays that lawnmower for the same price with battery and charger included."
