"Run away from this Goodwill! What is the deal with no dressing rooms? I was told I had to buy the item, but I could return it. So I did that, shirt didn’t fit, and I returned it to the store. I am then told that I have to exchange it for an item at the exact same price. Which, of course I could not try on either! Staff and manager were rude and useless, I will never donate one more item to this store or step foot in again. There are plenty of other thrift stores that are actually thrift stores in the area. Goodwill has become rude and greedy."

"Wasn't goodwill supposed to be a place where you were able to go get a good deal on something. The prices are ridiculous here. Everything's getting donated too. At least before they used to give a coupon when we donated stuff. Now it's just out of control. Goodwill in Chanhassen is "rip off vil""

"This is supposed to be a thrift store?! Your prices are literally more expensive than target. You took away your dressing rooms. And I can’t express enough that your prices are INSANE. Clothes are over priced. Furniture is EXTREMELY over priced. And your cabinet with special items is a joke. Absolutely insane."

"WORST GOODWILL OF THEM ALL The prices are rediculus. Used half empty bottles of perfume....come on. Broken speakers for 50 dollars...cheap clocks and more. Who ever is turning this goodwill into their own private boutique should be fired. Yes you. Your taking donations and sky rocketing the prices just to add to goodwills ceo 6 figure income. Shame Disgusting!! Your antique store prices absolutely ruin the shopping experience of a so called "thrift" store. It also is the reason I do not donate items to goodwill anymore. Just because someone has the same thing priced for a million dollars on Ebay doesnt make it worth that. And just like the one on ebay yours wont sell either."
