"My wife just left this store and informed me about her experience. I will say up front that we love Jersey Mikes and will continue to eat there regardless of our experience. However, I am extremely disappointed in the service from this evening. Our daughter has Celiac disease and therefore is extremely limited to where she can eat. Jersey Mikes has great reviews for Celiac patrons which is the reason why we frequent this store. However my wife arrived home tonight extremely frustrated with her experience. The worker behind the counter did not hold back her frustration when it came to having to clean the area and make a non contaminated sandwich (of which is crucial to a 16 year old with Celiac unless she wants to get extremely sick). So much so that she was visibly complaining in front of all the other customers about having to make so many sandwiches at 6:30 on a Friday night. I understand being busy and frustrated but to go out of her way to show it and having to inconvenience her with a sandwich that had to be made with careful consideration is unacceptable. There is a reason we choose Jersey Mikes but if this is the reception we get for trying to buy our daughter a sandwich, I'm not sure it's worth our time. I do wish I would have been there as I would not have not have put up with the rudeness that ensued. My wife is non confrontational which is why I am writing this review. I will be stopping into the store when time allows and talking to a manager but for now, a simple review will have to do. Jersey Mikes is a great establishment and we will continue to eat there but it's very frustrating to have a rogue employee getting upset for having to make sandwiches (a job she signed up for). Thanks for listening. I give the food a 5 star rating but overall, it's a 1 today. I hope whomever is reading this does not experience the unfortunate rude and immature child behavior that my wife experienced tonight."

"The food was very good, the store is kinda small but that's okay. I felt like we were being rushed to order something when we were trying to choose from the menu even though there was literally nobody in line behind us."

"Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub shop, so when we were on a business trip passing through Shakopee - why not stop for dinner. This restaurant did not disappoint - good food, great service, and friendly staff. I tried the roast beef sub for the first time on this visit and it was very delicious. I have not had a disappointing sandwich at any Jersey Mikes."

"I came in tonight and ordered a giant cheese steak to go and when I opened it up I guess I just expecting more. This just seems very small to be called giant and very expensive $20 which included tip."
