"Yikes. They screwed up my order after specifically telling them I am allergic to mushrooms. Upon coming back, I had an even worse dish of the Korean beef... I get you are called noodles and company but where the hail is the meat!?!?!?! I’ll save my gas money or go go elsewhere."

"Bring back the mushroom stroganoff. I fell like the whole menu has gone down hill since the go rid of the classics. This location it great though! I have never had an issue with them just doordash! The food always looks well cooked and the people there are nice."

"We waited for over 20 minutes to ORDER and were the only ones in line. They were taking all the online and doordash orders that were coming in new while we were staning there refusing to take our orders. There were a bunch of people that came in after us and ended up leaving. We were tempted to stand in line onside and place an online order in order for them to help us. We finally got snarky with them and they FINALLY took our order. They had 3 cooks and 1 working the front. I get your short staff and really busy but you also need to help your customers in the proper order. Pretty sure they were hoping we would just leave."

"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here tonight 8/9/23. The food I ordered was for sure skimped. It was half way full, and I ordered extra food (chicken) on top of my pasta and it was still only half way full. And they didn’t even take the time to put the lid on all the way, it was half way open in the bag. I saw another review say that there is a trend of “skimping” at this location. Clearly they have not fixed the problem. For the money you spend, don’t be disappointed. Just go to a different noodles and company location."

"We kept giving this place benefit of the doubt, but at this point we see a trend of skimping. Not sure who is responsible but something is being miscommunicated with management and/or training because the people handling the food are skimping in various ways. We have noticed for a while they give us less veggies on orders, so we tend to pay extra for “extra veggies” but still end up feeling like veggies are way less than other branches. The first time we complained, they said they will keep our name at the front desk so that we get a free meal next time. When we ordered and came to pick up, they said they had no record of us having a free meal. Then today, in a moment of hope and desperation, we went and specifically spoke with the cashier to ask for truly extra veggies and shared past experience. Though she went back to talk to the food handlers in the back, we later heard as the food handlers were putting our food in the container, “just cover it up” and they added chicken on top. We weren’t sure we heard right and again, gave benefit of the doubt. But once we mixed the dish, the Penne Rosa had maybe 1 mushroom, 2 baby tomatoes, and 2 leaves of spinach. The cashier was very nice when we called and apologetic, offering us a re-do of the penne Rosa. They did add truly extra veggies this time… but they seem to have watered down the sauce… it had no flavor. You can see in the picture how goopy the “re-do” one is up front though it does have extra veggies. We are now wary of complaining and wonder if the food handlers have spiteful responses to feedback. The pad Thai was also so bland. The noodles were still sticking together because there wasn’t enough sauce. It feels like I’m eating plain noodles. Very disappointed. We will not being going back. It is hard to trust what is going on to our food at this point. A shame because we love the Noodles & Co brand, but this branch might need to prioritize training their food handlers on consistency and reliability."
