"My sandwich had a long hair in it. And my chicken pot pie soup tasted spoiled. It tasted sour and my daughter ate a few bites of the soup and ended up throwing up 30 mins later, that’s when I took a bite and notice it was bad. AND the guy who was getting our mac and cheese got some cheese on his hands and he LICKED it with his tongue and continued to pack our Mac and cheese…. Why are you guys not wearing hair nets? OR gloves?????? Disgusting"

"The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me. Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably."

"We had a pretty bad experience at this location. We waited for for over 30 minutes for our food. My wife's sandwich had a long hair in it. They remade the sandwich but there were no apologies or anything. Normally they are pretty good but not today!"

"Strawberry shake was delish. Turkey sandwich also good. I like that Potbelly decorates for the local schools and teams. The person who rang up a second order kept their plastic gloves on when taking money so that's why an average rating on service. Gloves for food prep should be removed when handling register."

"I personally love this place! The staff are just amazing and they couldnt be any nicer! The location itself is very well kept and clean, of course offering a variety of things to see on the wall, the all around fun decor, and also the music, always a plus! The sandwiches are always great and made in a timely fashion. I most definitely recommend the location and the sandwiches!"
