"The did is what you expect for a taco bell. Not gourmet by consistent and tasty. The workers are cordial."

"Ordered food to be picked up a half hour later due to having 9 items and some modifications. Arrived at pickup time and sent my daughter in to get the food. She came back out and the bag looked too small for the number of items ordered. It had my name and the 9 items on the sticker, but there were only 4 completely different items in the bag. Went inside and waited for about five minutes before somebody asked if they could help me. Heard other employees joking about "the kid grabbing the wrong bag". Fortunantely, she didn't hear them making fun of her(for a mistake somebody there made). I saw another mobile order there which likely had my items inside. Employee saw that the items were wrong and said he would remake them. Waited about ten minutes for the new order to come out. Got home and found partially grilled food with skimpy ingredients and mislabeled items. Been going to this location for over 20 years and it was the worst experience I ever had there."

"I arrived at 7:40pm to find the lobby closed yet again. I called to see if they were actually open and someone answered. When I asked if they were open I was told only drive through because they are short staffed and then I was hung up on before I could ask anything else. I went through the drive through and ordered. Then I pulled around to check the order and 2 cars pulled up with 4 people. I let them know the lobby was closed and was laughed at. As I was driving away someone let the 4 people into the lobby. Very rude to me in the drive through as well. Also the food was slapped together and very poorly assembled with very little product in it."

"The new dipping taco is a version of a Mexican taco that we call birria!! It is also very similar to quesabirria, if you are Hispanic it is an 8 but if you have not tried the birria it is a 9.5 Recommended but 3.50 dlls give me a little more meat!"

"I was the only one eating in the store. I sat in the far corner. The store manager comes out and sits one table over and starts making calls on speaker phone. Then finally took off the speaker at least. How rude I did not come here to listen to your conversation. You could have sat on the other side of the store where no customers were."
