"I've come to this location for years, probably hundreds of times - only out of convenience and lack of other coffee shops in this area do I come here. The employees are fine but no one is all that friendly, i cant tell you one person's name and they all know me by face at this point. ALWAYS dirty. messy tables, messy ground...takes 5 min to go around and clean. I rarely see it. Music is way too loud and half the time its rock/pop music that makes it difficult to come here and get anything done. Starbucks is starbucks but man this could be a way better location than it is"

"If I could give it negative stars I would. I’ve waited 45 minutes for my coffee before. It’s always half full. My mobile order always takes 3x the wait that it says. Show up after mobile ordering and the inside is closed and I can see my drink right there but they make you go through the drive thru that’s taking forever completely ruining the point of mobile order pick up. Don’t come here unless you have hours to kill. Slowest location yet."

"I didn't get what I asked for, I asked for a hot chocolate and somehow the cashier heard white chocolate hot chocolate. I wasn't asked if I have a rewards account to get rewards. And a good 1/5 of the cup is void of any drink where they could have easily filled the cup. What size/how much drink did I ACTUALLY end up getting if I were to want to figure it out? This was my first time spoiling myself with Starbucks before work and 10000% the last."

"Super busy in the morning as usual with star bucks. Nice and polite staff. The drive through is little different, you have to enter from another side , the first entrance is one way exit. So be aware of that. Longer waiter times in the morning. Otherwise cool place."
