"One if the nest thrift stores in Fargo! Huge media section and loads of furniture with student discounts. Great place."
"Clean store and great place to find nice things. Staff has always been friendly and helpful."
"Went in here to buy 1 suit jacket. Literally nothing else. Two check outs open, young blonde haired lady at checkout claimed she had things to do and told me to go to the other checkout with dozens of people with trolleys after I made it to the front of the line with my single $5 item. Spent about half an hour waiting to checkout because of it. Rude, disrespectful employees. Shamelessly mistreating the public whilst working in the name of charity."
"I was there last month with my mother. I needed to find a crib for my grand baby and they had a nice black one and it was priced $29.99. They had a bunch of junky baskets thrown inside crib for half off instead of placing them on all the open shelves they had. They refused to sell the crib because they were using it for the baskets that people couldn’t even see them descent. I explained to the guy that the furniture is donated so people who are in need can pickup instead of letting it sit on the floor to hold some ugly baskets that nobody’s gonna buy. This frustrates me because my grand baby needed a crib so she’s safe, but no their baskets being thrown all over in the crib were more important then a child being safe in a crib!!! The morals of these people and this company sucks! I really think that who ever is in charge of these thrift stores need to monitor these people and how their conducting business from people giving their furniture to them so other people can find things they need. Not only to help the community make money. The Arc is a Scam and it’s really sad."
"I went there specifically for men's clothing. The selection was decent but small. Like many thrift stores, item sizes weren't in the correct location. Got halfway thru the large shirts before large size actually started. However, it is a nice location with the store having some openness inside. Staff were decent, and I didn't feel rushed along. Also, the selection for women's clothing seemed to be 4 times in quantity compared to the men's. So there are lots more options for the ladies."
