"The fact there is no line at the lunch rush hour should be an indicator to stay away. Order online and customize anything? Best bite into it before you drive away. Willing to bet your choices (some in which you pay extra for) were not added or subtracted to your item. On top of that I get handed some weird teal MT Dew when my order was a simple Diet Pepsi. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me..... Never again. Should have stayed on the other side of Marshall. Seemed to be a better ran place then."

"I'm giving two stars because one star is far too high, and I feel that two is somehow more ironic. How is this place even still in business? I've never had an online order where they didn't omit one or more items. Trying to straighten that out is undoubtedly an exercise in frustration. I've found that when you explain this to the cashier, there's perhaps the barest spark of understanding, neurons firing sluggishly and under protest. I imagine most of the employees are often high while "working." As others have commented, many employees won't even speak to you; it's as if they live in a parallel reality, unable to manifest in our realm fully. Moreover, I don't think I've experienced food from this establishment that resembles anything approaching "warm." Cold bean burritos aren't actually all that good. All in all, I don't trust the employees that work here to tie a shoe, much less handle food. Today's disappointing visit is the last time I allow this restaurant to, in effect, steal from me."
