"Very displeased with the service at Boot Barn. Took another customer to find a store Associate, and when she finally came from the back of the store, she proceeded be on her phone at the same time as we were in the process of paying for our items. Less to say we'll never be back to Boot Barn. The Associate and the other person next to her didn't seem to care that's for sure."

"Worst experience ever at Bootbarn, first off no automatic doors for handicapped people in wheelchairs. Second thing is they are rude and obnoxious and on their phones, don’t pay attention to customers at the checkout. Third thing is their boot selection sucks too. Never going back"

"Pretty good as far as Boot Barns go, but really messy. That is to say, there was clothing and boots strewn everywhere and not cleaned up. Doesn't reflect well on the management. Items in wrong sections, full waste bins, etc. Staff walking around or making small talk with themselves instead of attending to their jobs. Could be better."

"The ones on the left and on the bottom came from Boot barn. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We are happy with our purchases and their reward program. I got a 15$ gift card for buying those 2 pairs of boots. They aren't cheap (most $110-$175), but if you're in the market for some boots or work boots this is a great place to check out. They also had some really cute women's clothing that I hope to go back and check out sometime soon."
