"From the moment I walked in there I knew this was the store for me. Amber is so welcoming and helpful. Just my second time in there she remembered by name! The very first time I went to her store was after a terrible experience at another store downtown. This store basically wouldn't help me and was annoyed I was even asking for help (to get a shoe size for me!) So I thought I try one more store before I say forget it and I am glad I did. I left there with both my hands full of clothes and shoes!! Her selection is amazing and her and everyone there are so helpful. I even sent my husband to her and she basically picked out all my Xmas Stocking stuffers! Great store and great people! Thank you!"

"Hands down the best boutique in Fargo!! I was first introduced to Boots and Heels on Devils Lake, ND and was terribly excited when Amber decided to open a store in downtown Fargo. Amber and her team provide a low-pressure, fun environment to shop in. And ladies, believe me when I say low-pressure. Amber and her team love helping you find great outfits for any occasion and will be honest with you if something not quite hitting the mark. I’m in love with the Democracy jeans and I swear it’s like sisterhood of the traveling pants with them...they look amazing on any shape or size with none of the annoying “gap” issues. Boots and Heels is a cute little boutique that covers casual to work appropriate clothing and shoes. I love going in to see what’s new and try on things I wouldn’t even consider but ends up looking great. Amber and her team are knowledgable about their products and love helping people find great outfits. They are always posting outfit combinations on Facebook and Instagram which is fun because you get to see the pieces with things you may not have thought of. Is it obvious I love this store? If you have not had an opportunity to check out Boots and Heels yet, I’d highly encourage you to go and check it out. If you see something you like but it’s not in your size, they’ll check their other store."

"This clothing boutique is tucked between two of my fave places in Fargo (Zanbroz & Bernbaum's). I'm headed on overseas VK & decided to finally check the store out to see if any versatile, soft/packable clothing with a bit of fun for trip to Italy. I walked out with my 1st pair of Democracy jeans, in gray, so versatile, comfortable & flattering... can't believe I was able to pull off the rack & fit so perfectly. I also found two pretty unique tops. Thank you Boots & Heels, I've been shopping on-line & around town for wks & these pieces are my favorites. I also appreciated the spacious dressing rooms and kind person who checked me out today. I will be back, with The Running & outdoor Store just a block away, this little area of downtown has become a big fave. So glad I finally tried your store out!"

"Small clothing store in downtown Fargo. Not a huge selection, but what they have is cute. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wear a size 11 shoe and have a difficult time finding them, but was pleasantly surprised to find that they actually carried my size and so I was fortunate enough to find a pair of shoes that worked for me."
