Domino's Pizza

"I've ordered form this place multiple time and 50 percent of the time there's some issue, ranging from wrong orders to my pizza being destroyed in box when delivered. My most recent order is the last straw, I make a no contact delivery order with instructions to leave at at my door, an order I've made many time before. After a while the delivery guy leaves me a message saying he left because I wasn't there and to call the store. I called the store and at the time of writing this have been on hold listening to their robot spout ads at me for 45 minutes. This is completely ridiculous, I wont be ordering from this location again."

"I ordered a pepperoni pizza with the $6.99 1 topping carry-out deal. Instead, I got a cheese pizza. The person who made the pizza took no effort or pride in the pizza. It was a pizza the CEO would be disappointed about. Order Papa John’s or Little Caesar’s instead of Domino’s! They put in the effort to make good pizza!"

"I just don't understand why I keep ordering from this site. Every time I seem to forget the problems and then am surprised when I have issues. We've had several orders where we will be shorted items and we have to come back and either get old items or have to request new be made and wait even longer. Last night I was ordering for an event. They were a touch late (5 or 7 min) which wouldn't have been a big deal but the last pizza that came out was wrong. They made a pizza wrong, and unfortunately it was the only one that needed to be right (standard large cheese). Didn't apologize, didn't clearly communicate what issue was, any options and how long it would take to fix. After waiting an extra 20 minutes I finally went to pay. They wouldn't accept cash but pointed out it was marked down below the counter where I couldn't see when standing at counter. By the time I got home the first 2 pizzas weren't warm becuase they were 20min old when I took them... Take it from me and order from the guys across the street."

"Worked a Saturday morning then ran errands, then outta town for obligations. Came back to North Fargo and decided to try the North Fargo's Domino's Pizza...I usually go to South University Domino's and had very few problems with them...So I expected the same quality with N.Fargo Domino's and I was hungry. So I went with a previous order online of Parmesan Bread Twists with a 5 Cheese Blend for dipping. They said 12 minutes to finish and they did that, hence the extra star. Unfortunately when I got home in South Fargo, I got no Parmesan on the bread twists and about half the dipping cheese sauce. This is unacceptable! Check out the 2 photos for visual aids."
