If she takes your order in person she has to stop preparing someone else's order. Another business suffering with staff shortages. But she did an outstanding job on my pizzas."

"Usually 5 stars, but realized that when the app is being glitchy with coupons and we need to call in for a pizza, we're never asked what kind of crust and end up with original when we'd like THIN 100% of the time. It really makes a difference in the taste of the pizza and our meal experience. Disappointed in our dinner tonight."
"When I walked in, it took about 2 minutes to be greeted regardless of the fact there were 4 employees up front. Finally, I'm asked if I've ordered. I told them yes (I did it online) and then the girl walked away. I stand at the pickup counter for a few minutes while being ignored. Finally, a man comes in and is greeted right away and asked the name of his online order. I had to butt in to ask for my own order. I'm a really relaxed individual that treats customer service employees very well. But this experience REALLY ticked me off. Don't plan on returning."
